Matt Hodges-Long
CEO
Matt has a distinguished track record in business resilience, having helped numerous organizations recover from high-profile interruptions such as 9/11, Buncefield, Hurricane Sandy, Thames Floods, Japanese Tsunami, Boston Bombings, and many other incidents. As the former Global Director of Workplace Recovery at Regus plc, he led efforts to provide business resilience services across over 100 countries.
Matt is also the UK’s leading expert in building safety for high-rise blocks. His passion lies in protecting client interests, enhancing business opportunities, and improving survival chances during crises.
Richard Carman
CCO
Richard brings over 20 years of technology and management experience to Continuity Partner, including 15 years leading digital agencies and 8 years as an army officer with the Royal Engineers in challenging environments. His extensive background in digital innovation and technology application drives his commitment to solving business challenges.
